None of these three is in the headline price, and each one changes how the visit goes.
Sunset is prime time
Slots around sunset cost more and are the busiest. Sunset on the 15th of the month is about 17:31 in December and 19:11 in July. The booking calendar shows the price for each slot on your date.
The way in is through the mall
The At the Top entrance is inside The Dubai Mall, on the lower ground floor. From the Red Line's Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall station a covered walkway leads to the mall; allow time to walk to the counters before your slot.
Free ages differ by ticket
The standard ticket lets under-3s in free, the Sky Views combo under-4s and the aquarium combo ages 0 to 3. On the Lounge ticket, children aged 3 to 16 must be with an adult. Check the listing you book.

No. The observation decks, called At the Top, are run by Emaar Properties, which owns the tower and sells tickets on its own site. This site is an independent guide.
